COLUMBUS, Ohio (WSYX) — Oakland Green Interiors took home a number of accolades following the 2024 International Interiorscapes Awards Gala this month.
A division of Oakland Nursery, Oakland Green Interiors is a Columbus-based design company with a focus on incorporating plant life and natural elements.
The gala, which was hosted in Ft. Lauderdale on January 18, seeks to recognize interior design companies all over the world for exceptional innovation and creativity in their designs.
Oakland took home a Platinum award for the Gravity 2.0 Mural Display as well as Gold awards and one Silver award across seven other categories.
“This recognition is a testament to the dedication and talent of our team at Oakland Green Interiors,” Genevieve Mills, director of Oakland Green Interiors said in a media release. “We take pride in our ability to create unique and impactful interior plant displays and exterior urban plantings that enhance and improve the experience and aesthetics of our client’s properties.”
Some of Oakland’s other award-winning designs included the plant display at the Junto Hotel, the rehabilitated living wall at of the Huntington Center, and the holiday display at Nationwide Children’s Hospital.
