Schedule: March–January (10–11 month seasonal role with a planned layoff mid-January through mid-March)
Typical Hours: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM–4:00 PM, with occasional Saturday mornings during peak seasons.

ABOUT THE ROLE
Join our team creating and caring for beautiful plant installations, container gardens, and seasonal décor throughout Central Ohio. This is a hands-on, active position where no two days are the same—you may be planting summer annuals one day, installing interior plants or moss walls the next, and transforming spaces with holiday décor in the winter.
You’ll work across three service areas:
Urban Gardening: Planting and maintaining seasonal containers (watering, pruning, fertilizing, and upkeep).
Interior Plant Installation: Preparing and installing living and artificial plant designs in commercial environments.
Holiday Décor Installation: Installing trees, wreaths, garlands, and seasonal displays in November–December, with removals in January.

ABOUT THE ROLE
OGI is seeking dedicated team members to focus on the ongoing care and maintenance of outdoor plantings throughout the Columbus area. Unlike the installation role, this position centers on nurturing and maintaining container gardens and landscapes—ensuring our clients’ spaces look their best week after week.
You’ll manage assigned service routes, build familiarity with client sites, and play a key role in sustaining the health, beauty, and performance of our exterior plant programs. During the holiday season (November–January), you’ll assist with seasonal décor installations before the winter layoff period.

Document site conditions using digital tracking tools
Assist installation team during peak planting seasons
