Qualified team members:
- Have a valid (insurable) driver’s license–safe driving is mandatory!
- Have some plant/horticulture knowledge (or a passion for learning)
- Are willing to get their hands dirty planting, mulching, and weeding (and love working outdoors!)
- Have flexible schedules when things get busy
- Are detail-oriented and can follow directions and project notes
- Are comfortable being on your feet for 6-8 hours a day

Interior Plant Technician
As the face of Oakland Green Interiors, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring that our plants always look beautiful! Our horticultural technicians water, prune, clean, and care for plants in commerical and residential locations throughout Central Ohio. Qualified team members:
- Have a valid (insurable) driver’s license–safe driving is mandatory!
- Have a passion for plants and care (either professionally or as a passionate amature.)
- Have solid organizational skills, are curious and willing to learn, and can work independently.
- Are reliable, punctual, and dedicated
- Are organized, willing to problem-solve, and possess a can-do attitude
- Must be discreet and comport themselves in a professional manner–we work in high-profile private and public spaces, including private homes.
