If you're looking for a big, showstopper plant... this is it! Selloums have large, green, shiny leaves that are ruffled and deeply lobed, which will make a statement wherever you place it. As they get older, selloums will develop tree-like trunks and aerial roots (which they would naturally use in the wild to attach themselves to trees). They do best in medium to bright indirect light-- the corner of a bright, sunny room would be a perfect spot.
Watering: Weekly. Allow the soil to dry out about halfway down before watering again.
Toxic to pets. The sap is also a skin irritant, so wear gloves or wash your hands after pruning!
