Qualified team members:

• Have a valid (insurable) driver’s license–you’ll be driving company cars and trucks–safe driving is mandatory!
• Have some plant/horticulture knowledge (or a passion for learning)
• Are conscientious of their teammates and clients: our company values are passion, integrity, creativity, collaboration, and respect. We take care of each other, our clients, and support our team.
• Are willing to get their hands dirty planting, mulching, and weeding (and love working outdoors!)
• Have flexible schedules when things get busy (we work some Saturdays during the busy spring/summer seasons)
• Are detail-oriented and can follow directions and project notes
• Are comfortable being on your feet for 6-8 hours a day
• Can use digital apps (ExakTime and TeamUp) on tablets to track time and materials on jobs and routes

This is a 3 to 5 days per week gig, for May and June, with the potential to go the whole summer.  Hours would be 7:30am-4pm, M-F, with the occasional Saturday morning.

Salary: $15.00 – $17.00 per hour, based on experience
