The current darling of the plant world, Fiddle Leaf Figs have a reputation for being finicky but will thrive if you give them bright, indirect light, and steadily-moist soil. Their large, leathery leaves resemble a violin or fiddle, hence their nickname. They can be found as small, bushy plants suitable for a table, or as large, striking trees--or anywhere in between.
Watering: Lyratas prefer consistently moist, but not soaking soil. Their leaves will develop brown spots if put in a cycle of overwatering then underwatering.
Toxic to pets. Their sap is also skin irritant so wear gloves when pruning!
